Sugar Skull Makeup Tutorial & Costume (Day of the Dead Halloween Makeup Tutorial 2014). The new Halloween makeup tutorial 2014, was inspired Day of the Dead Sugar Skulls. This makeup looks is a collaboration with Petra Kozina. We both created our own unique Sugar Skull makeup looks (Dia De Los Muertos) I thought since I never made a tutorial for my yearly sugar skulls why not make one this year but let it be a collaboration.
